The AAIP'09 workshop is expected to be held on Friday, September 4th, 2009 in conjunction with the 14th ACM SIGPLAN International Conference on Functional Programming (ICFP 2009) in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is organized by Rinus Plasmeijer, Ute Schmid, Emanuel Kitzelmann and Martin Hofmann (organisatorial support).

The workshop intends to encourage research on inductive synthesis of general programs that contain control structures such as recursion or loops. A goal of the workshop is to bring together researchers from different communities interested in program induction, give the participants insights into each others work and examine possibilities of cooperation both regarding theory and applications on this field.

This is the 3rd AAIP workshop. Past AAIP workshop venues:

  • August 2005 at the ICML in Bonn AAIP'05
  • September 2007 at the ECML in Warsaw AAIP'07
